2.2.3 Interactive Map Display: Post-search, users will be shown an interactive map detailing the bus route associated with the inputted address. This map will highlight the bus's path, key stops, and any pertinent details linked to the route.
2.2.4 Bus and Contractor Data: An integrated section of the platform that allows administrators to gain insights into which contractors operate specific bus routes. This ensures transparency and accountability in school district transportation operations.

While we make every effort to provide up-to-date information, we recommend users cross-reference with local resources when significant changes in bus routes or schedules occur.

Any address or school information inputted by users is processed solely for the purpose of identifying relevant bus routes.

BusBuddy's data includes information related to buses and the contractors associated with them. We don’t endorse, vouch for, or assume liability for any third-party contractors listed on our platform. Engagements or interactions with these contractors are at the user's discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, BusBuddy, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, or agents, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access, use, or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of such damages' possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BusBuddy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
BusBuddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. These Terms of Use and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with its subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Should a dispute arise between you and BusBuddy regarding the use of the Service or these Terms of Use:
a. Negotiation: Initially, both parties commit to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably. This should be done within a period of 30 days from the date the dispute was notified by either party.
b. Mediation: If negotiation fails, before resorting to litigation or arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through an impartial mediator in Knox County, Tennessee. Costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
c. Arbitration: If mediation proves unsuccessful, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in Knox County, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party in arbitration shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
d. Litigation: In the event that both mediation and arbitration fail to resolve the dispute, either party may pursue litigation. Both parties hereby agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such litigation shall be the state and federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
By using the Service, you waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding against BusBuddy.
Any claim or action you may have arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms of Use must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred, notwithstanding any statute of limitations or other law to the contrary.
These Terms of Use, along with any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BusBuddy and supersede all prior understandings, communications, or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use by BusBuddy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and BusBuddy's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use or your rights and obligations hereunder without BusBuddy's prior written consent. BusBuddy may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use without restriction.
BusBuddy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, and changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
